What's actually being replaced
Where the repair stops, whether existing HVAC capacity is enough, which materials are compatible with an older wall assembly, and how testing and disposal are handled should all be spelled out, not assumed.
When more than one trade gets involved
St. Joseph County or city permits, structural engineering, environmental lab testing, or a separate trade like electrical can all enter the picture — confirm directly with the provider and the local permitting office which apply to your project.
